An very important segment of many economies:-

SPRINGBROOK

Just Imagine!

  1. Quietly passing through a lush rainforest observing the diversity of the fauna and flora in the forest canopy several metres above the forest floor in the mountains to the west of the Gold Coast.
  2. Crossing a small valley from ridge to ridge perhaps 30 metres above the ground at the highest point and marvelling at the vista spread out before you.
  3. Travelling to a scenic spot in the mountains in the morning, going for a bush walk and then perhaps having a Devonshire Tea.  When you were ready, quietly travelling through the rainforest to the next scenic spot for lunch. After lunch, a look at the local art gallery and then some shopping.
  4.
  5. Then off to the next stop. Take a short walk to enjoy the waterfall and then a leisurely dinner with a bottle of wine.  After dinner, head for home and enjoy the lights of the community spread out below you without any concerns about the booze bus.  What a wonderful relaxing day!

(Estimated Track cost - $790 million)

Of course this would not happen at 200 km/h (120 mph)or even 100 km/h (60 mph) as detailed elsewhere. The speed would be something in the order of 50 km/h (30 mph) to give you plenty of time to enjoy it all. As a MonoCab VRT car can negotiate grades up to 1 in 6, you will go where it would be almost impossible in anything other than a bulldozer.

The sensation would be somewhat akin to what is experienced on the very popular Skytrain cable car in Cairns but without any concerns about wind.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA

Or!

Travelling smoothly (not being bounced around in a four wheel drive) in air conditioned comfort through the Flinders Ranges taking in the grandeur of the Australian Outback.

Stopping at Lake Eyre to view the amazing proliferation of bird and fish life when it floods.

Then a stop at Cooper Pedy to view the gemstone mines and perhaps buy one that takes your fancy.

(Estimated Track Costs:-

Lake Eyre loop - $490 million

Ayers Rock - $150 million)

All possible with MonoCab VRT!
